Smoke fills sky as fire crews work to extinguish South Jersey barn fire — King of Prussia Community news

Thick plumes of smoke nearly obscured a barn in South Jersey, as firefighters worked to extinguish flames there on Tuesday morning. As seen by NBC10 s SkyForce 10 at about 10:30 a.m., firefighters were pouring water on a burning barn, located along Frank Smith Road in Salem, New Jersey, as smoke filled the air. Flames could be seen lapping the remains of the ruined barn as crews worked to extinguish the fire. Officials did not immediately say if anyone was occupying this barn when the fire began, nor did they say if anyone was injured in this incident. They also did not immediately say what may have caused this fire. But, an investigation was ongoing. NBC10 is working to learn more.
