Police are searching for whoever carried out a deadly shooting of a 15-year-old in Philadelphia s Port Richmond neighborhood on Halloween night. The shooting occurred at around 6:50 p.m. at the 3600 block of Richmond Street. The teen was found by officers with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the hosptial at 7:06 p.m. No arrests have been made and no weapons were recovered at the scene, but the investigation is ongoing.
